You said everything I wanted to say but thought I should be a little more polite! Thanks.

In case, you're interested I actually made it into one of Dicks newsletters a couple years back. He sent out a questionaire asking us how we felt about his prodcuts. I spent a lot a time. I thought what he was doing was great and that if he could keep improving it and making it available to the average income it would be a great service to the sport. I wrote 2 pages told him what I liked and what I didn't and gave suggestions that I thought might help him. I figured if he had the honest data he could at least make an intelligent decision. I also told him I thought he was overpriced. Well in his next newletter, he literally tears apart my reply saying how can a guy possible think this way. Blah Blah blah. His newsletter was totally selfserving and totally unprofessional, not to mention EXPENSIVE. I thought by going out of my way and replying to his questionaire and being totally truthful, I could help him out.

Instead, I get a nasty reply and trashed in his newletter. I actually posted a few comments on his bulletin board when it first came out but anything negative was removed in very short order. That's when I finally stop dealing with Mr. Mills If you have a PUBLIC bulletin board then hear all sides and let the public hear all sides. I don't like censorship.

Yes Darrel he does use most of Thurstons methods (think he shared any profits) and he uses Tom Seaver's The Art of Pitching, and several of Tom House's books. (Wonder if he's aware of copyright laws) I have purchased all that material for less than what I paided for Dicks.

I've seen him change his position on things that he was dead set on. If that's true how do you know what he's saying today maynot be what he's arguing against tomorrow.

Finally his son Didn't he get lit up for 7 or so runs in the first inning plus in the NCAA championship game (That was a low blow, sorry, Ryan) Touche Dick!

Lastly, What about Dave Huggins material. I like it and I like him but it seems he' been getting advice from Dick about pricing practices.
