sore arms

By: Jeff T
Add to Mixx!

First question I would ask is: "Where specifically is the soreness (exact location on elbow/shoulder/bicep/forearm, etc?" Muscle soreness (like a toothache) in the bicep, and forearm muscle on "pinky" side of forearm, below the elbow, is somewhat normal.

Second question is: "What exact point of throwing do the players feel the soreness?"

Get me the answers and I can offer some insight, short of sending them all to the doctor. JT

Display summaries of other articles about throwing.
