Ouch On the BO........ it's BS?

By: Bear
Add to Mixx!

About 3 or 4 yrs ago, a microphone
was put in front of a number of
12 yrs ol during the LL World Series.

What I remember most, is the MC got
the answers he was looking for
THE QUESTION was: What do you do?

A few boys provided typical answers:
Ride my bike, Hang out with friends
Ugh School. Go Bowling.

But a small statured freckled 12 yr
old, was very careful with his answer.
"& what do you like to do"

The boy's answer was: I like to play
baseball. That's all I like to do.
Play baseball everday.

I was wondering if anybody remembered
that interview, and better yet, what the
boy is doing now, or bring a name or
his team up. I would like to know how
he is doing?

May I also suggest two (or more) of
Bear's Motivational Baseball Words of Love & Lore:

1) Fame, is man-given, be thankful.
2) Talent, is God given, be humble.
3) Some people dream of success, others wake up and work hard at it today.
4) Success is a journey, not a destination.
5) Sometimes you must learn to do the things you have never done before.
6) The harder you work, the harder it is to surrender.
7) The will to prepare to win is more important than the will to win.
8) It's just another day in Paradise......as you stumble out of bed.

cheers
Bear

ps. BO = Burnout = BS

Kids playing baseball don't burn out.
Let the kids play.....everyday. Period!
