pitching lessons

MICHAEL,

IF YOU MUST HAVE YOUR SON HAVE PITCHING LESSONS MORE THAN 30-45 DAYS PRIOR TO HIS
SEASON BEGINNING, THEN I SUGGEST WORKING ON
THE FLAT AND ONLY ON MECHANICS. MAKE SURE
HE IS PROPERLY WARMED UP PRIOR TO THROWING
AT ALL AND EVEN THEN HE DOESN'T NEED TO THROW
MORE THAN 35-40 FT AND AROUND 40 PITCHES TO
START AND WORK UP TO MAYBE 65 TO 75.

THE SESSIONS SHOULD BE DRILL ORIENTED AND CLOSELY WATCHED OVER BY A QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR.
